Delbar, a Michelin Guide restaurant, has recently opened the doors of its new Buckhead location and they’re serving up the same modernized Persian and Middle Eastern cuisine they’re famous for. Among a menu of colorful and fresh bites, our new favorite is their Shroom Peynirli Pide, a savory pastry filled with oyster mushrooms, fried onion and melty kasseri cheese.
