Canine Assistants

Founder Jennifer Arnold knows firsthand how beneficial service dogs can be for those with physical disabilities or other special needs. She was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis as a teenager and spent the next decade working to launch Canine Assistants. Since its inception in 1991, the organization has placed nearly 3,000 service dogs with people who have difficulty with mobility, epilepsy/seizure disorders or Type 1 Diabetes as well as dogs in pediatric hospitals and similar facilities. Get involved by donating, contributing to their supply wish list or volunteering your time. You can even donate Delta SkyMiles to help transport service dogs.
