Restaurateur Rafael Jaime opened his gorgeous new location of the Metro-Atlanta favorite, CT Cantina & Taqueria in Dunwoody this spring. After growing up in Jalisco, Mexico as a farmer and rancher, he came to the U.S. and climbed the ranks from dishwasher to partner at a Chamblee restaurant before expanding his empire to a dozen other restaurants. At CT’s newest location, they’ll serve lunch and dinner seven days a week, including brunch on the weekend.
