Inspired by her experience of losing her parents at a young age and immigrating to America from Ghana, Stella Love started her eponymous Stella Love Nonprofit in March 2020 to create an environment for young people who don’t have a place to call home. With the help of volunteers, the organization distributes free food at farmers’ markets, provides prepared meals to people experiencing homelessness, coordinates clothing donations and more.
