Chef Jared Hucks discovered a new curiosity for Pintxos during his time spent cooking at Michelin-starred Restaurant Arzak in the Basque Region of Spain. This summer, he and his culinary team will bring that dining experience to The Alden in Chamblee. Some of the rotating Pintxos selections include jamon iberico, smoked salmon with russian potato salad and tortilla de papas with asparagus, all with the finest locally curated ingredients.
